Originally started back in 2004 as a side project within Meetup.com, its origins look as a social tool where strangers could mingle within a safe and inviting environment. However as most things do, over time the group outgrew its humble beginnings, flying past 1400 members and to just ‘mingle’ as it were was not enough. We moved or our focus towards social responsibility, yet have not forgotten about helping one another expand our social circle. As they do not need be mutually exclusive.
In fact we are out here to prove both can work in tandem for a betterment of all.
